Job Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Psychologist to join our team in a Graduate Program. In this role, you will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing initial assessment, testing, and brief interventions for psychosocial and mental health barriers to employment.
Main Responsibilities
* Conduct new employment vocational assessments and transferable skills analysis to identify strengths and areas for development.
* Assess and report on workers' mental health fitness for work and psychological functional capacities.
* Develop and implement recovery support plans to help clients achieve their goals.
* Write detailed case notes and reports to track progress and inform future interventions.
Requirements
* A master's degree in psychology or related field.
* Eligibility for Provisional Psychology registration with AHPRA.
* Eligibility for the 5+1 supervision.
* A current Working with Children Check and clear national criminal check.
* A full driver's license.
