Role Description
The Salesforce Account Executive leads VISEO sales efforts across the assigned territory and is responsible for
growing and driving (Salesforce) sales and expand our customer base.
The role is primarily that of a hunter, targeting new (Salesforce and SAP) client prospects, and will include targeting growth in
existing clients. Relationship management is a key facet of the role, with a focus on both direct sales
efforts and indirect sales efforts achieved by building strong relationships with solution and technology

Responsibilities
* Develop and manage relationships with focus on customers in Australia
* Manage sales cycles of varying complexity and present value propositions to C-level executives
* Assess the potential application of VISEO's service offerings to meet customer needs
* Leverage company resources and executive relationships to win business as a team
* Track pipeline activity and progress, to accurately forecast and achieve sales revenue targets
Requirements
* Minimum Bachelor's level degree in IT or Business IT required.
* Minimum 7-10 years of experience carrying quota and closing deals in software (business
* Applications preferred) or technology sales.
* Should have Salesforce Sales/Salesforce IT Development background
* Experienced in IT consulting company is must with experience in sales and business development for Salesforce technology
* different industries but not limited to banking, insurance, public sector etc.
* Extensive experience selling to customers into Enterprises
* Consistently over-achieved quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions.
* Experience with Salesforce and SAP technologies, sales and business
* Development
* Successful track-record managing complex deals from lead to close.
* Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills.
* Ability to work in a fast pace, team environment.
* Highly organized and process driven.
* Strong customer references.
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
* Fluent in English both written and spoken
