Job Title: Public Safety Support Professional
This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide administrative assistance to the Director of Public Safety.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the Director with correspondence, reports, and other documents.
* Maintain records, files, and departmental data.
* Assist in attending meetings and providing information as needed.
* Communicate effectively via phone and email.
* Provide support to reception and other Administrative Assistants.
* Order supplies and materials for the department.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* A minimum of two years' experience in a clerical role.
* Excellent typing skills (50 wpm minimum).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
