- $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 YearOur client is having win after win each month and as a result is rapidly growing so they are looking for client focused individuals to be the send in command to the Head of Customer Success with either prior experience in SaaS be part of the team where you will lead internal training as well as manage the key accounts for the business!
**Main Responsibilities**
- Manage your own accounts and consult clients on be best practice of the platform and how it can optimise their business
- Assist and lead training sessions for new clients
- Assist and lead training sessions on new platform updates
- Develop strategies to acquire new customers and help us filling our sales pipeline
- Deep dive into the product together with our engineers at the intersection of business and tech
**What makes you a great fit**
- 4+ yrs years of proven experience managing high volumes of clients
- Experience in account management, business development or customer success
- Sound attention to detail
- Strong hands-on mentality and not afraid to roll up your sleeves; you love to get things done
- Motivated by an international and fast-paced work environment with a strong team spirit
- High customer orientation with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
