About this role: Maximising Profit and Sales Volume in regional NSW is a key responsibility for this position. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion within your designated region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain effective relationships with key customers and distributor networks to support sales growth.
* Develop Regional Sales Plans: Create and implement regional sales plans, including promotions and incentives for each market segment.
* Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed regional sales targets, including budgeted tonnes and average sales prices.
* Provide Market Feedback: Regularly update the Salesforce database and report insights to the National Sales Manager.
* Manage Operating Expenses: Oversee regional operating expenses, including travel, communication, and promotional activities.
We are seeking a motivated individual with a rural background to join our team. Key attributes include:

* Sales Experience: Experience in selling rural products is a bonus.
