The role
We are now looking for a Part Time Showroom Sales Consultant to join our highly professional team in our Bendigo Branch.
This is an opportunity to get your creative juices flowing by being involved in an ever-changing industry. Whether it's helping customers create their dream bathroom, kitchen, and laundry or liaising with Plumbers/Builders & Architects. With a focus on building strong relationships with our customers and trades alike.
Key tasks
* Serving both Retail & Trade Customers
* Greet and direct customers
* Provide information in regards to product features & pricing e.g. quoting
* Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
* Generating new lead initiatives
* Maintaining a high level of service standards
* Stock management, ensuring stock levels for your branch
* Processing orders/enquires with suppliers

* The candidate will have an Energetic, positive can-do attitude
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Able to multitask
* Creativity would be a bonus
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers/suppliers
* Thrives on customer satisfaction
Experience / Qualifications
* Strong customer service experience
* Competent in the use of POS software
* High attention to detail
* Interested in Interior design an advantage but not essential
