These mini stores are perfect for an Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager looking to take that step up into running their own store, & team, their way. Or, a current Store Manager, passionate about customer experience, with so many ideas, wanting to work for a business in growth that's not afraid to try new things.

Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire & develop your concession team of 8 to create magical moments for an incredible community of new and expectant parents across Ipswich and surrounding areas on a 6 month fixed term contract.
* Support the team in Ipswich as the concession store manager, focusing on customer experience and store performance.
* Drive proactive, customer-focused initiatives and contribute ideas to grow the business within a growing brand.
* Collaborate with the broader Mamas & Papas and NEXT teams to establish the concession presence in the new site.
