Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will report to the Talent Acquisition Lead and work within our HR, Training & Communications team. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles, create strong talent pipelines, and deliver a standout candidate experience. Your ability to align recruitment strategies with operational needs will help us build a sustainable and future-ready workforce.
You will:
* Be a brand ambassador for Adecco DFR and ensure an excellent experience to candidates and internal stakeholders
* Provide full cycle recruitment services from job briefing, advertising, interviews and compliance checks
* Build talent pipelines for critical roles
* Develop an understanding of operational requirements to identify candidate pipelines
* Develop and execute a range of sourcing strategies including local, and regional sourcing campaigns and assessment centres
* Participate in projects related to the TA team when required
