As Southeast QLD's leading boutique allied health provider, we're excited to welcome a New Graduate Speech Pathologist into our supportive and collaborative team. Our graduate program is designed to help you step confidently into your career, with structured supervision, flexible caseloads, and access to experienced clinicians across a range of specialties. You'll be mentored, empowered, and given the tools to grow into a confident and capable practitioner.


What We Offer

* Learn from clinical leads with 20+ years' experience and specialists in play‑based early intervention, literacy, AAC, and neurodiversity‑affirming practice
* $2K annual PD allowance in your first year and access to internal PD resources

Your First Six Months – Structured Support & Growth

* Weekly 1:1 clinical supervision and fortnightly peer supervision groups
* Shadow experienced clinicians for your first 2 weeks


Gradual caseload ramp‑up

* Months 1–2: Build up to 2–3 clients per week
* Month 3: Begin managing an independent caseload with senior support
* Month 6: Transition to a full caseload, with continued guidance

About You

* Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
* SPA registration (or eligibility)
* NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, valid driver's licence and access to your own Vehicle
