In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the trade marketing efforts for our healthcare division. You will play a pivotal role in developing innovative trade marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, increase sales effectiveness, and foster strong relationships with healthcare providers and distributors.
Your expertise will be essential in defining strategic objectives, managing trade budgets, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve optimal performance across various distribution channels.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is highly desirable.
* At least 7 years of experience in trade marketing or related roles within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
* Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, adept at engaging with various stakeholders.

* Proficient in using marketing tools and analytics platforms.
