About the Role
As our Online Leads Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for online vehicle inquiries. You'll manage incoming leads, coordinate with the Used Car Manager, and help optimize pricing strategies to maximize conversions and profitability.
This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential, offering a competitive base salary plus commission, with the opportunity to earn up to $120,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and respond to all inbound online leads
* Work closely with the Used Car Manager on vehicle pricing and market adjustments
* Monitor inventory listings to ensure competitive positioning
* Track lead conversion metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
* Deliver exceptional customer communication and follow-up
