As a Youth Mentor, you will proactively engage with job seekers, guiding them towards sustainable employment. You will motivate, coach, and identify transferable skills to help individuals thrive in the job market.
Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience within Employment Services or related fields is highly regarded. Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment will set you up for success. Proven success within target driven environments is highly advantageous.
About You
We are looking for someone who is committed to making a difference through connecting and supporting our youth participants into sustainable employment. You will bring a confident communication style, exceptional interpersonal skills, and experience in coaching, mentoring, and case management within employment services or a similar field.
Problem-solving and goal-setting abilities are key, alongside a solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways. Organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks will also be important. Adaptability and resilience will assist you to navigate the diverse needs of job seekers and employers alike.
