Customer Experience Specialist
About this role:
We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will provide a high-quality experience to our customers through inbound and outbound enquiries via phone.
You will maintain accurate data in our customer management system and meet individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The successful candidate will have a customer-focused mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn new technologies.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a contact centre or service-related environment and be supported with an intensive training program and ongoing support from experienced team leaders and specialist teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain accurate records and data in our customer management system.
* Meet individual and team KPIs for customer satisfaction and quality of service.
