* We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Performance and Training Specialist.
About the Role:
* This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to support Area Managers in strengthening service delivery, enhancing team capability, and driving performance across multiple sites.
* You will work closely with various Employment Service Areas (ESAs) in NSW, providing expert support to help achieve key objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and address regional performance gaps, working collaboratively with teams to implement effective solutions.
* Upskill and mentor colleagues to build their capabilities and promote best practice within the organization.
* Review compliance obligations and assist in internal auditing processes to ensure seamless operations.
* Drive accountability and achievement of performance metrics in line with contract benchmarks, celebrating successes along the way.
* Support the onboarding and induction of new team members, helping them integrate into the team and succeed in their roles.
* Collaborate with leaders on data analysis and contribute to performance strategy, using insights to inform business decisions.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, empowering teams to strive for excellence.
Requirements:
* A minimum qualification at VET Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Associate Degree level or equivalent experience is required.
* You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a frontline or leadership role within Employment Services, with a proven track record of achieving performance outcomes.
* A current driver's licence and access to reliable transport for travel between sites are essential.
