 
        
        As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the entire HR lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
This includes ensuring accurate records, handling HR documentation, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and employment legislation.
The successful candidate will provide timely responses to HR-related queries, escalate complex matters appropriately, and contribute to the efficient delivery of HR operations by supporting policy implementation, reporting, and coordinating HR projects globally.
Responsibilities:
 * Administration: Coordinate onboarding, deliver HR induction, maintain organizational charts, manage HR communication platforms, coordinate offboarding and exit interviews, assist with recruitment and payroll processing, and support monthly/ad hoc reporting.
 * HR Compliance: Maintain personnel files, track employment milestones, prepare HR correspondence, maintain HRIS records, and assist in policy management.
 * Employee/Industrial Relations: Apply and interpret HR policies, assist with Enterprise Agreement bargaining and performance management processes, and support fitness-for-work matters.
 * Reward & Recognition: Manage local reward and service award programs.
 * Other: Lead DEI initiatives, coordinate HR events, support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, and assist with HR projects and initiatives.
