About the Job
This isn’t your average front desk role. You’ll be the linchpin of daily operations, ensuring every car registration, booking and purchase order is handled with precision. We’re looking for someone who loves to be busy and is eager to learn and grow. You’ll work closely with a supportive team of seven, reporting directly to the Sales Manager. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We’re looking for someone to start as soon as possible, so if you’re ready to jump in, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Customer and visitor management – serve as the first point of contact, greet and welcome customers, answer phone calls, direct inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Registering and renewing vehicles – understanding of NSW Service accreditation is a big plus, but not essential. Training will be provided.
- Managing vehicle bookings and purchase orders – accurately book cars in our system and ensure all vendor purchase orders are correctly entered and tracked.
About You
- Experience within a receptionist, administrative or customer service background.
- Multi‑tasking pro – able to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Team player who thrives on collaborating with others and contributing to a positive team culture.
- Eager to learn – while experience with automotive systems (Era Power, Pentana) is a bonus, we’re happy to train the right person.
