* Assisting in the transition from shared finance services to more streamlined processes
* Drafting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for effective workflow management
* Providing expert advice on accounts payable/receivable or payroll processes to stakeholders
* Supporting credit card administration, reporting, and data integrity with precision and attention to detail
* Contributing to audit readiness, risk management, and quality assurance initiatives
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders through clear communication and proactive response to enquiries
