Tenterfield Care Centre Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing high-quality, personalised aged care for the Tenterfield community. We offer residential aged care, independent living, respite, and community services through Haddington Nursing Home and Millrace Hostel.

What You Will Do:
* Conduct holistic assessments with residents and their families
* Develop and evaluate individual care plans
* Supervise and support Personal Care Workers
* Manage clinical care including wound care, palliative care, and medication management
* Coordinate with healthcare professionals
* Ensure high-quality care in line with Aged Care Quality Standards
* Create a positive resident experience with a resident-first approach
Who are you and what will you bring?
* AHPRA Registration
* Experience in aged care clinical care
* Strong communication skills
* Passion for person-centered care
* NDIS Check, Police Check, Valid driver’s license
