The Role
* Provide effective and responsive security services across the village.
* Interact with clients, residents, visitors, staff and contractors on a daily basis.
* Communicate confidently and respond to queries in a professional manner.
* Become part of a skilled security team, ensuring site integrity and safety.
* Conduct continuous patrols around the village to promote residential safety.
* Monitor the site for safety and security breaches.
* Perform site lockup and unlock as required by management.
* Inspect the site for damage, theft, and/or vandalism.
* Compile the daily occurrence/incident log and conduct appropriate handover.
* Use computers and iPads for daily tasks.
The Person
* Minimum 2 years experience (mandatory).
* Security Officers Certificate II (Security Operations) (minimum).
* Current NT Security Officer and Crowd Control Licence.
* Senior First Aid / CPR Certificate.
* Unencumbered Manual Driver's Licence.
* Current Police Check and pre‐employment medical screening as required.
* Comfortable using computers and iPads for daily tasks (mandatory).
