About This Role
* We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ecologist to lead our team of consultants.
* The ideal candidate will have a degree in Ecology or a related field and at least 10 years of experience in ecological consulting.
* They will also have expertise in environmental impact assessment, conservation biology, and habitat restoration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead multidisciplinary projects from planning to delivery.
* Act as a client liaison and build trusted relationships with key clients.
* Contribute to business development through proposal writing and identifying opportunities for growth.
