Delivering compassionate, person-centred care is at the heart of this role. As a Registered Nurse in our community mental health team, you will work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and peer workers to provide recovery-oriented care to individuals living in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct mental health assessments and support recovery planning
* Engage therapeutically with consumers, their families, and support networks
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans
* Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development

About You:
* You have current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* You have a strong interest or experience in mental health nursing
