About this Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as an Advance Health Worker. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in child and family health, with experience in hearing health, health promotion, and community engagement.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children from birth to 12 years, parents/carers, and their families. They will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a comprehensive health service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver culturally safe and appropriate child and family health services, incorporating best practice models and guidelines.
* Work closely with colleagues to provide seamless care coordination and support.
* Conduct regular health assessments, including hearing and vision checks, to identify and address potential health issues.
* Develop and implement health education programs tailored to meet the needs of families and communities.
What We Offer
A total monthly remuneration package of up to $9,530.
An hourly rate between $37.87 - $50.54 per hour.
