Job Summary
This role involves overseeing the creation, management, and continuous improvement of training programs addressing tax technical needs by level and market. The position requires close collaboration with senior leaders across tax service lines, Learning & Development, and subject matter experts.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating the delivery of timely and relevant training programs addressing tax technical needs.
* Managing national technical training schedules and overseeing Learning & Development initiatives.
* Cultivating and managing a knowledge library to ensure easy access to contemporary training tools.
* Leading national training projects as required and preparing ad hoc project reports and status updates.
Location
This position can be based in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney offices. Please note that this role may involve occasional interstate travel to other offices across Australia.
