Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
• Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives to drive business growth and innovation
• Foster a culture of compliance and risk management by adhering to ANZ policies and procedures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements:
• Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering world-class experiences
• Proven experience in retail or banking, with a solid understanding of customer needs and behaviors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively, with a focus on finding innovative solutions
• Proficiency in technology, including digital channels and systems, is an advantage
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and procedures
