An exciting opportunity to lead and strengthen the City's IT team
A rare opportunity exists within the City's Infrastructure Directorate for an experienced and forward-thinking technology professional to step into a key leadership role as Coordinator Business Systems.
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this role is responsible for the strategic planning, management and optimisation of the City's enterprise business application environment. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure systems effectively support organisational objectives, enhance service delivery and drive operational efficiency across the City.
This is a senior, influential role offering the opportunity to shape the City's business systems roadmap and contribute to major digital transformation initiatives over a five-year term.

What You'll Need
To be successful in this pivotal role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience
* Demonstrated extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with TechnologyOne CiAnywhere ERP, including configuration and operational support
* Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, system development lifecycles and project management frameworks
* Proven experience leading teams, mentoring staff and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
* Sound knowledge of local government operations, business processes and legislative requirements
* Experience leading system implementation and upgrade projects, including organisational change management
* Strong understanding of information security, data governance, records management and privacy compliance
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and strategic initiatives
