About the Role
EverAbility Group is seeking a Senior Officer Fundraising to deliver community fundraising initiatives, support donor engagement and strengthen local partnerships across Tasmania. This hands‐on role plays a key part in delivering campaigns, events and supporter experiences that drive sustainable fundraising outcomes. This role reports to the Senior Manager Fundraising & Engagement (Tasmania), and works closely with volunteers, supporters, schools, community groups and internal teams to ensure every donor and partner feels valued, connected and inspired by the impact of our work.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the Collection Dog Program across Tasmania
* Support local activations at schools, community groups, etc
* Coordinate ambassador dog visits and community appearances
* Manage merchandise requirements for fundraising activities
* Support fundraising campaigns and key events including International Guide Dog Day
* Assist with the delivery of local and community-led fundraising initiatives
* Provide insights to help maximise the donor journey and supporter retention
* Maintain, develop and build new relationships for dog collection sites
* Support sponsor and partner activations and stewardship activities
* Support social and digital media communications with stakeholders
Target support & collaboration
* Support delivery of annual state fundraising targets
* Identify opportunities to grow community fundraising and engagement
* Represent EverAbility Group professionally at events and community activities
* Work collaboratively across teams to delivery on fundraising targets and ensure consistent brand messaging

You are a relationship-builder who thrives on community connection and delivering meaningful outcomes. You enjoy balancing hands‐on activities with strategic thinking and are passionate about making a difference.
You will bring:
* Demonstrated experience in fundraising, community engagement or events
* Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience in digital and social media communicaitons
* High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* A commitment to donor stewardship and supporter care
* A passion for EverAbility Group's mission and values
* Understanding of privacy, compliance and data protection obligations
