Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, store operations, and trade assistance.
This role is responsible for supporting current projects, receiving and inspecting goods, organizing storage, and maintaining safe handling and storage practices.
* Inventory Support:
o Inspect goods on arrival and report discrepancies.
o Receipt purchase orders in Oracle on arrival of goods.
o Organize and store goods in the designated store location.
o Ensure safe handling and storage of hazardous and/or fragile items.
o Maintain the storage area in a clean and safe condition.
* Shipping & Receiving:
o Prepare and package outgoing goods.
o Load and unload delivery vehicles.
* Procurement Support:
o Assist with procurement documentation preparation.
* Equipment Operation & Product Assembly Support:
o Deliver materials to assembly teams.
o Support assembly activities during the build program.
o Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
o Undertake administrative and project support tasks as necessary.
o Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
* C Class Driver's License (essential).
* High Risk Forklift License (essential).
* High Risk Overhead Crane Certificate (desired).
* High Risk Dogmans License (desired).
* First Aid Certificate (desired).
* Basic computer literacy.
Working Conditions
The Inventory Coordinator will work primarily in our Adelaide workshop, supporting various projects and teams. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring a safe working environment.
