As our IT Project Manager – Zero Emission Bus (ZEB) Systems, you'll lead the technology transformation behind our ZEB rollout including planning, design and implementation of the full project lifecycle.
This exciting fixed term role involves managing multiple system workstreams, key stakeholder relationships and project deliverables and dependencies to prepare for a large fleet of zero-emission vehicles.

What You'll Do
Own the full lifecycle of multiple technology projects—from scoping and planning to delivery and handover.
Manage complex system integrations, telematics, and data solutions for electric bus operations.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams, vendors, and stakeholders to keep projects on track and risks under control.
Drive governance, reporting, and clear communication across all levels.
What You Bring
Proven experience delivering diverse technology projects, ideally with complex systems or operational environments.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities without breaking a sweat.
Resilience and adaptability to thrive in ambiguous environments and keep projects moving forward.
Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, and a knack for clear communication.
Bonus points for experience in sustainability, transport tech, or infrastructure projects.
Project management certification? Great, but not essential.
For the right candidate, a part-time (4 day per week) work pattern can be accommodated for this role.
