Your new role
Fitzroy River Water is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced leader to step into the role of Supervisor Electrical Maintenance.
In this dynamic leadership role, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing the performance of our electrical systems across water and wastewater facilities. You'll guide a team of talented technicians, fostering a culture of safety, innovation and excellence in service delivery.
All positions require the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).
What we are looking for
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within electrical maintenance.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively.
* Trade qualification in electrical engineering or related field, with demonstrated experience.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
* Proficient in using maintenance management software and Council specific systems.
