The Role
Are you a strategic networker with a passion for the disability sector? We are seeking a Business Development Consultant Manager to drive the growth of our services and expand our footprint.
This isn't just about sales; it's about building genuine partnerships that result in better outcomes for NDIS participants. You will be the face of EDC, connecting with Support Coordinators, LACs, Hospital Discharge teams, and the wider community to ensure our high-quality services reach those who need them most.
Key Responsibilities
* Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a business development plan to increase participant intake, specifically for SIL and SDA vacancies.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust network of referrers, including Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, and Health Professionals.
* Brand Advocacy: Represent EDC at industry expos, networking events, and community forums to enhance our market presence.
* Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of NDIS price guide changes and competitor trends to identify new opportunities for service expansion.
* Intake Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless transition for new participants entering our care.
What You'll Bring
* Sector Expertise: Proven experience in Business Development or Intake within the NDIS or Aged Care sector.
* The "Network": An existing portfolio of contacts within the NDIS ecosystem is highly desirable.
* Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills—you can talk to everyone from CEOs to families.
* Results-Driven: A track record of meeting growth targets while maintaining high ethical standards.
* Mobility: A valid Driver's License and a willingness to travel to meet with partners and visit sites.
