The Site Administrator will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the site office. This role is responsible for developing and improving administrative systems, coordinating site logistics, and managing key support services such as travel, accommodation, inductions, procurement, reporting, and contractor coordination.

The Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented Site Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our site, ensuring everything runs efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Developing, implementing, and continuously improving administrative systems and procedures.
* Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements via INX.
* Supporting onboarding of new employees and contractors on site.
* Managing site rosters and schedules.
* Overseeing village and camp maintenance.
* Managing office supplies, PPE inventory, and ensure meeting rooms and noticeboards are well maintained.
* Supporting health and safety initiatives, assisting with incident reporting, maintaining HSE noticeboards.
* Preparing regular reports using Excel and other site systems.
* Assisting with supplier onboarding, create purchase orders and requisitions.
* Work closely with contractors and executive team members to help achieve site and company goals.
Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will be essential as you welcome all visitors, answer calls professionally, and coordinate visitor inductions.

About You
To be successful in the role you will:
* Hold a minimum of 5 years of Site Administration experience, preferably within the mining and resources sector.
* Be proficient with INX and Inflight software.
* Have excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
* Be proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & SharePoint).
* Have exceptional organisational and time management skills.
The successful candidate will be required to provide a national police clearance that is not older than 3 months and must hold a WA White Card.
You must have current unrestricted working rights for Australia to be eligible for consideration.
