As Venue Manager, you will orchestrate the day-to-day operations of a multifaceted venue. We seek an individual with a proven track record in managing multi-paced venues, strong team leadership, and the ability to cultivate and nurture management teams. You will be passionate about delivering a premium customer experience and able to execute activations, build relationships with DJs & promoters, and develop your team.

* Generous Salary $100,000 - $110,000 + Super
* Quarterly KPI Bonus - $44,000 P/A

Essential Requirements
* 2+ years of Venue Management experience
* Experience working in an Entertainment-focused venue
* Experience in hospitality, food knowledge
* Experience in a high-turnover customer service environment
* Demonstrated experience in business development and strategic hospitality management
* Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
* Good interpersonal and strong communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt
* Market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food & beverage in the area and industry
* Ability to implement and execute promotions throughout the business
* State-based qualifications RSA & Approved Managers Licence
