We are excited to welcome a dedicated Occupational Therapist to our Allied health team. This offers the rare opportunity to deliver truly person-centred care, supporting older people and individuals with disability to stay safe, independent, and connected in their own homes.
You'll conduct holistic clinical assessments and design restorative and reablement-focused programs that have real, visible impact on your clients' daily lives.
You will also provide valuable support through:
* Simple equipment prescriptions
* Minor and major home modifications
* Falls-prevention strategies and manual-handling education
