Business Development Manager - Digital Engagement Technology
$110K Plus Super and OTE $200K or above.

With cutting-edge solutions spanning digital signage, video walls, content automation, and integrated software, this organisation helps clients across retail, QSR, healthcare, and the public sector bring their spaces to life.
They’re scaling fast and are looking for a motivated, disciplined, and commercially sharp Business Development Manager who can take qualified opportunities, build strong relationships, and close deals – fast.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Driving new business across key verticals including retail, QSR, and Government
* Building and managing a high-velocity pipeline using structured discovery and solution selling
* Partnering with technical and digital experience teams to deliver standout customer solutions
* Capitalising on warm, qualified opportunities ready for handover
* Securing MSAs ( Master Service Agreements ) and growing revenue across multi-site accounts
* Maintaining strong CRM discipline and clear weekly reporting
* Representing the business at client meetings, industry events, and strategic presentations
What We’re Looking For
* A proven hunter with 3+ years of B2B sales experience in tech, SaaS, media, or digital services
* A closer who can manage complex deals with senior stakeholders across IT, marketing, and procurement
* Structured and process-driven — you own your pipeline and operate confidently in CRM systems
* Self-motivated and accountable — driven to achieve, measure, and grow
* Experienced and credible — ready to sell into executive-level environments from Day 1
* Background in digital signage, AV, or SaaS-based customer engagement is a strong advantage
