**YOUR ROLE**
Reporting to an industry-leading famous expert strata law Partner with an **impressive track record**, you will relish the **challenge **and **mentorship **in providing top quality innovative advice to high-end **clients** in the strata/community title industry (body corporates, community schemes, owners corporations/unit holders) including:
[primarily] Property/ construction
**litigation** including appearances in various specialist tribunals (eg NCAT) and courts and attending mediations;
Drafting/advice regarding by-laws, building defects, strata/community management agreements, building management/caretaker agreements, company constitutions, easements, leases/ licences.

**EITHER a **transactional/advisory
**PROPERTY AND/OR CONSTRUCTION **solicitor
**AND/OR LITIGATION** solicitor [litigating property/construction and/or strata disputes] with
**2+years' **experience (up to Senior Associate);
have had some exposure to
