About The Role
An exciting opportunity for an Online Sales Team Lead to manage the daily operation of our Salvos Stores Online Hub in Carole Park. You'll play a key role in supporting our online growth, while helping generate sustainable revenue to fund The Salvation Army's vital community programs. This is a permanent full-time position located in Carole Park, QLD.
Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and direction to a team of staff and volunteers.
* Oversee listing creation from check‐in to photography and dispatch.
* Share your knowledge with new volunteers and team members to ensure everyone can hit the ground running when they join us.
* Ensure the office is safe at all times.
* Liaise with key stakeholders such as Store Managers, Area Managers and Warehouse Managers to ensure they're across the Online Sales operation.
Qualifications
* Natural leadership skills that balance compassion and KPIs.
* Demonstrated experience managing a team in a retail or online sales environment.
* Customer service skills, with experience managing complaints and general feedback.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet targets and prioritise tasks.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Familiarity with online sales platforms – experience with eBay, Shopify or Inkfrog will be highly regarded.
* A working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and general computer skills.

Compensation
Compensation is in accordance with General Retail Award Level 6, with the opportunity for an over‐award rate for the right experience.
