What You’ll Do Support daily operations across the bar, bistro, gaming, and bottleshop Lead and motivate passionate front-of-house and gaming teams Oversee cash handling, reconciliations, and reporting Ensure compliance with all liquor, gaming, and WHS standards Manage gaming areas including pokies, TAB, and Keno Maintain high standards of presentation and guest service Assist with rostering, stock control, and admin tasks Step up as Venue Manager during rostered days off About You You’re a natural leader who thrives in a busy, hands-on environment.
