We're seeking a Clinical Advisor to oversee our clinical protocols and provide governance for the safe administration of restricted medications under NSW legislation. 𩺠Role Overview As Clinical Advisor, you will provide clinical oversight to Remote EMS in line with NSW Poisons and Therapeutic Goods legislation. You will review and endorse medication protocols, ensure clinical standards are met, and act as the supervising authority for drug administration under standing orders. â Key Responsibilities Review and sign off on Remote EMS medication protocols Act as the nominated clinical advisor on NSW Drug Authority applications Provide oversight and guidance for medication handling and storage procedures Be available for clinical consultation in case of adverse events or escalation Review incident reports involving medication use Support ongoing clinical quality improvement and protocol updates as needed ð§¾ Required Qualifications AHPRA-registered medical practitioner (General Practitioner, Emergency Physician, or similar) Interest in pre-hospital or out-of-hospital care Familiarity with Schedule 4 drug use in a pre-hospital/event medical context Professional indemnity insurance ð Desirable Attributes Experience advising industrial medics, ESO teams, or event health services Understanding of NSW Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act Supportive, accessible communication style ð§ How to Apply Email: jett.krohn@remote-ems.com Phone: 0480 355 106 Include AHPRA registration details, and your availability.
