About the Role:
Organisational Development is a specialist team within People and Culture focusing on improving organisational culture, increasing staff engagement, improving staff health and wellbeing, elevating leadership/management skills, and supporting change management to better enable CHS staff to provide high quality patient care/experience.
The MyHealth – Organisational Wellbeing Manager will lead the strategic implementation and continuous improvement of the staff health and wellbeing program across CHS. This role is pivotal in embedding a culture of wellbeing into workforce systems and leadership approaches. Through collaboration and evidence-informed approaches, the MyHealth – Organisational Wellbeing Manager will support a healthy and high-performing workforce.
