Emergency Department Support Clerk Job Description
The primary objective of this role is to provide administrative and clerical support to the Emergency Department at Griffith Base Hospital.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to patients;
* Manage records, correspondence and other documentation effectively;
This position involves providing assistance with admissions, bookings across various departments as well as ensuring seamless communication among team members. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, experience working in similar roles with strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
