Brighter Futures Consulting are currently recruiting for a Business Trainee to complete a Certificate III in Business.
Brighter Futures Consulting is looking for a vibrant and committed trainee to work in the role of Admin Assistant and Office All Rounder for our small-medium NDIS Registered Organisation. Brighter Futures Consulting supports participants who are recipients of the NDIS Scheme, linking them to supports and services as per their NDIS Plan.
You will be working in a diverse team of Support Coordinators, Specialist Support Coordinators, and Therapists delivering support to participants. This is an exciting opportunity; no two days are the same!
Looking for a very energetic and enthusiastic candidate keen to learn in a supportive team. This is a fast-paced role which involves taking calls and passing messages, creating Service Agreements, and handling weekly claims with the NDIA and Plan Managers. Lots of housekeeping responsibility and general maintenance of the office with up to 15 staff currently.
Duties may include:
* Handling enquiries from management, other staff, and customers
* Answering and redirecting customer communications via email, phone, social media, etc.
* Preparing, organising, storing, and printing company documents
* Organising, assigning, monitoring, and prioritising jobs
Requirements:
* Drivers licence
* Awareness or prior exposure working with disability desired
* Effective written and oral communication skills
* Ability to plan and prioritise workloads
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications
