The purpose of this job
The Digital Product Manager - Health and Wellbeing is responsible for maximising the value of health and wellbeing digital experience for our International and Corporate customers by leading the development process within their squad, supporting teams and third party service providers as well as effectively managing their product backlog.
This role is responsible for maximising engagement, growth, health outcomes and customer satisfaction across our digital experience.
This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, including the Senior Health and Wellbeing Product Manager, to ensure that the product vision and strategy are clearly defined, communicated and executed. The Product Manager is accountable for the squad's performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and profit and loss (P&L), and ensures that the squad is adequately resourced, and risks are managed.
The Product Manager plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business goals and technical execution, ensuring that the product delivers maximum value to both the organisation and its customers.
What you'll need to make it possible
* 5+ years' experience managing the full spectrum of digital product management from discovery, design, delivery and ongoing maintenance
* A tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) in either business, technology, law, health‐related field or experience in Agile Digital Product Management is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated experience leading work in an agile squad with a deep understanding of prioritisation and lean product techniques
* Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment alongside both business and start‐up partners
* An analytical focus with an appreciation of data analysis, commercial drivers, business viability and technical feasibility
* Proven facilitation skills to run engaging and productive workshops and meetings
What you'll be doing in this role:
* Maintaining and delivering the product backlog, ensuring it is well‐organised and prioritised in alignment with the product strategy.
* Leading the product development process from discovery and design to operationalisation and release, ensuring timely and high‐quality delivery of product increments including success evaluation.
* Define and develop engaging customer experiences by utilising internal and external data sources to identify and prioritise customer problems that present commercial opportunities
* Coordinating squad resourcing with key stakeholders to ensure the squad has the necessary skills and capacity to meet delivery goals.
* Managing product development risks and dependencies to ensure smooth project execution and mitigate potential issues.
* Being accountable for your product's performance, including tracking and reporting on KPIs and P&L.
* Engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure that the product meets customer needs and business objectives.
