Job Title: Senior Service Leader
About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee daily operations and lead a team of support staff in our residential site. As a Senior Service Leader, you will be responsible for managing daily activities, supervising team members, and driving high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations and ensure smooth delivery of services
* Lead and coach a team to deliver safe and effective support
* Oversee onboarding, supervision, and ongoing development for all team members
* Support the team to manage participant risks effectively
* Monitor individual plans and outcomes to ensure goals are being met
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A solid background in disability support, mental health, or community services
* Strong clinical or physical care knowledge – experience with complex care needs highly regarded
* Leadership experience in a similar role – you know how to motivate and develop a team
* A clear understanding of community services, supports, and NDIS practices
* A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or other relevant field – bonus but not essential
