Senior Project Manager – Utility Scale BESS | Gympie (DIDO)

CE Group is delivering one of Queensland's flagship Battery Energy Storage System projects and we're looking for a Senior Project Manager who can step straight into a 200MW 400MWh build and take ownership from day one. This is a DIDO role based in Gympie, reporting directly to the Mining and Energy Operations Manager.
You'll lead a multidisciplinary team across battery delivery, civil trenching and HV electrical installation all the way through to commissioning. For the right person, this is a career defining project with a strong pipeline of renewable work to follow.
What You'll Lead
* End to end delivery of a major utility scale BESS construction project
* Coordination of battery delivery, civil works, trenching and electrical installation
* Overseeing commissioning, safety leadership, contractor performance and project controls
What You Bring
* Senior level experience delivering complex energy, infrastructure or HV electrical projects
* Strong technical understanding across civil, electrical and commissioning activities
* Confident leadership style, proven stakeholder capability and a drive to keep projects moving
