Key Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs tailored to the needs of nursing staff.
* Provide ongoing clinical education and training, ensuring best practices are followed.
* Support the development of a skilled and confident nursing team through mentorship and guidance.
* Assist with the induction of new staff members and ongoing professional development.
* Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to promote high standards of clinical care.
* Stay current with developments in nursing and healthcare practices to ensure educational content is relevant.
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse (RN) with current registration with AHPRA.
* Previous experience in clinical education, training, or mentorship is desirable.
* Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
* Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
* Passion for nursing education and professional development.
* Commitment to providing the highest standard of care.
* Desirable: Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
