At Rocky Point, we're looking for experienced Full-Time Forklift Operators to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role supporting our Warehouse and Logistics operations, where you'll play an important part in keeping products moving safely and efficiently across site.

Key responsibilities include:
* Safely load and secure bulk products for transport.
* Move finished goods pallets efficiently within the site.
* Complete daily forklift pre-start checks and associated paperwork
* Follow WHS protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
* Support team to meet daily production and dispatch targets.
* Keep work area clean and organised to ensure smooth operations.
* All our people go home in the same condition they came to work; safety before production.
About you
* Minimum 3 years' experience operating forklifts in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment preferred
* Current Forklift License (essential)
* Previous truck loading and unloading experience
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong awareness and commitment to workplace safety
* Reliable, proactive, and able to work autonomously
* Comfortable performing manual handling tasks
* Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
