Job Overview:
A Porter/Steward ensures the efficient upkeep of house/kitchen operations, cleanliness and food preparation/storerooms in a hotel.
Main Responsibilities:
* Clean and maintain restaurants, kitchens, food outlets
* Maintain storeroom cleanliness to meet health/safety standards
* Support the kitchen for excellent guest service
The ideal candidate has previous experience with chemicals, valid food hygiene certification, strong work ethic and professional attitude.
