About the role

As a Retail Supervisor at Bunnings, you'll be the go‐to and support for the store's senior leadership team. You'll keep the energy high and the workflow smooth in your designated department. By leading by example, you'll work with your team to ensure every day is a success and operations run like a well‐oiled machine. Get ready to lead, inspire, and make a real impact!

Pay

Adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above: $30.78 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices and support the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customers
• Coach the team through guidance on appropriate service behaviours
• Help onboard and train new team members by providing training and induction supportMaintain merchandising standards to ensure all merchandising meets business requirements
• Manage and coordinate stock effectively

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising a team in a fast‐paced environment
• Open communication skills and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others
• Ability to guide, support, coach and provide feedback, bringing out the best in the team
• Results‐driven, a team player
• Approachable and confident, creating positive customer experiences
• Eager to learn about new products
• Able to be on your feet assisting customers across a wide range of retail hours
