We're seeking a member and design consultant to champion both our members and clients, ensuring seamless value creation and client satisfaction from start to finish.
* To onboard new members, maintain accurate profiles, track engagement, and prevent churn through proactive check-ins.
* Run discovery calls with homeowners to understand their needs.
* Support members in leveraging our platform, events, and accelerator programs to drive growth.
* Maintain clean pipelines, CRM, and report on retention and growth metrics.
* Identify member/client pain points and feed insights into product, marketing, and sales to drive improvement.
