At Dental Boutique Burnside we're seeking passionate, full-time Dental Assistants to join our foundation team and help shape an unforgettable patient experience.
What You'll Do
* Chair-side support — assist clinicians in delivering precise, safe, and confident treatment
* Sterilisation & room preparation — maintain a pristine, organised, and efficient clinical environment
* Patient experience — welcome patients, provide comfort, and guide them through their visit
* Team collaboration — work closely with a supportive and dedicated team, committed to excellence
About You
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Dental Assistant (highly regarded)
* Certificate III in Dental Assisting (desired, not essential)
* Strong understanding of infection control and sterilisation procedures
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
